Your personal data; Seja Group A.Ş. as the data controller pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 which can be obtained, recorded, preserved, disclosed, stored, modified, rearranged, transferred, taken over, obtained by means of a fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system, within the framework described below. It will be brought, classified, transferred to third parties or processed in other ways to the extent permitted by the legislation.

 

2- Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

Your personal data processed within the scope of this information text, for the purposes listed above; supervisory and regulatory authorities, relevant public institutions, professional organizations and similar organizations and persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant legislation, legally authorized public and/or private law legal entities within the scope of their legal authority, limited to the purpose requested, Seja Group A.Ş.'s business partners, customers, suppliers, data storage in the "Cloud" and similar services can be transferred to the persons and institutions from which we purchase, to their affiliates, within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your personal data, based on the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, surveys, Call Center, Internet Branch, digital channels, employees and representatives, contract parties, intermediaries and all channels they serve, domestic/foreign affiliates, verbally, in writing or electronically, through cooperating institutions and organizations, suppliers, mobile applications and similar channels; may be collected in whole or in part automatically or non-automatically as part of any data recording system.

 

5- Your Rights Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

You can forward your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law "regulating the rights of the data subject" to Seja Group A.Ş.
